自介與研究概述

我的研究以中、韓比較視野下的朱子學與政治文化為核心，關注儒者、王權、宗教與政治秩序之間的互動。近年進一步拓展至東亞海洋史、三教論爭與融合、氣候災異的思想與政治回應。也關注公民教育的實踐。目前主持國科會專題計畫「再現道舉：宋徽宗時代老子升格與唐代道舉、高麗僧科的比較」（2025–2027）。

蔡至哲Tsai Chih-Che (Andy Tsai) is currently a Research Fellow at the Center for the Study of Chinese Religions, National Chengchi University. He previously served as an Adjunct Assistant Professor in the Department of Political Science at National Taiwan University, where he taught civic education courses for a year and a half.

Dr. Tsai has published, or had accepted for publication, more than fifteen peer-reviewed articles in leading Taiwanese academic journals and international scholarly journals. His doctoral dissertation has also been published as a monograph in Taiwan. In addition, he has translated and published more than four academic works.

His second monograph, The Historical World of Joseon Confucian Scholars—originally entitled Joseon Neo-Confucianism from a Comparative Sino-Korean Perspective: Confucian Scholars, Royal Authority, and Religion—has successfully passed the formal review process of the National Science and Technology Council’s Subsidy Program for the Review and Publication of Scholarly Monographs. The manuscript underwent a rigorous evaluation by three scholars commissioned by the Council and is scheduled to be published by Linking Publishing Company in 2027. Following a decision by the editorial committee, the book was also selected to receive the Yu Ying-shih Humanities Publication Grant.

Dr. Tsai received both his B.A. and M.A. in History from National Taiwan University and earned his Ph.D. from the Graduate Institute of National Development at National Taiwan University in 2019. He is currently pursuing a second doctoral degree at the Graduate Institute of Religious Studies, National Chengchi University.

His research focuses on East Asian Confucianism, particularly Song–Ming Neo-Confucianism and political culture, as well as the complex relationship between politics and religion in East Asia.
